Trauma Relief Reiki combines the best of all your practices, utilizing your reiki skills, intuitive abilities, spiritual and emotional counseling, and any other skills you encompass such as hypnotherapy, qigong, or energy healing. In this reiki class, you learn to bring together all your skills and gifts to guide your clients, as you empower them to uncover their original traumas and cellular memories, their negative core beliefs, and the causes of their wounds. Together you will root them out—freeing them to live their best lives with fire, conviction, and verve!
Using Trauma Relief Reiki to clear their cellular memories, wounds, and negative energy you witness clients transform as layers of old trauma are cleansed, fade away, and are replaced with joy and delight in life. Often the transformation is quite miraculous!
Clients respond with comments such as these:
- “That heavy weight on my chest is gone!”
- “I feel 25 pounds lighter!”
- “The hands I felt around my neck choking me — are gone!”
- “My music has transformed from the blues, to spiritual, soulful, and uplifting!”
- “I was always terrified of being captured and tortured, it’s gone!”
- “Reframing the timeline was incredibly powerful, I feel like a new person.”
When our clients were too young or unwilling or didn’t have the resources to process a traumatic event it got stored in their energetic field — their body — as a cellular memory. Quantum Physics tells us that our cells are made up of around 99.9% energy and our cells store memories of our life experiences. Therefore all our experiences are stored in our bodies, we access these negative experiences and release them.
If the negative cellular memories are not dealt with, they can cause even greater havoc in the form of depression, debilitating anxiety, and lack of motivation and ultimately can lead to severe physical or mental illness.
If your clients have ever expressed any of these feelings, they may have suppressed cellular memories:
- I actually feel past trauma in my body when I remember it.
- I have felt blocked by some unknown fear that often feels bigger than life.
- I have a fear of driving or flying or anxiety in general.
- I have a fear of being tortured or killed for the work I’m doing or the work I want to do.
- I feel there is always a shadow over me.
- I am often depressed or fearful for no conceivable reason.
- I am terrified my children will be hurt and can’t let them out of my sight.
As their practitioner you will create a safe haven for them—as they uncover the trauma and are ready to release it, they may experience—fear, anger, rage, grief, pain, and overwhelm. In Trauma Relief Reiki class you will to be right there with them, supporting them and encouraging their release process. Helping them to relieve their emotions and release them.
Life may have brought them trauma, but they are not alone, you are there to guide them. You are there to show them the other side and bring them back to their True Self.
In this advanced reiki class you will learn the in-depth process I lead clients through in the Trauma Relief Reiki process. My classes are very hands-on, with as many practice sessions as we can accommodate. The process you will learn in this reiki class allows your clients to release the stuck cellular memories and the accompanying emotions with a powerful yet gentle technique.
Your New Skillset Will Include:
- Incorporating all your skills – reiki, intuition, energy healing, shamanic healing, qigong, hypnotherapy, and any other modalities you currently incorporate in your work.
- Asking pertinent questions and talking with your clients to help them determine the presenting issue.
- How to connect with past lives that are affecting their current lifetime
- Identify, cleanse, and release cellular memories from your client’s bodies
- Empower your clients to root out old constricting negative energy and emotions
- Aid them in completely eliminating all the trapped cellular memories, negative emotions, and wounds using reiki, shamanic reiki, cord cutting, etc.
- What to do when a client has an intense emotional breakdown.
- Channeling your healing powers to further cleanse, refill, and reenergize their cellular and physical bodies.
- Teach them to reframe and recreate their timelines and event stories.
- Planting new seeds of worthiness, self-love, and self-esteem for your clients.
- Learning when and how to push them further, or to back off.
- Trusting your intuition to lead you in the right direction with Trauma Relief Reiki clients.
- How to discern if this is the right modality to use with a client.
We will also have time for hiking, our Air BNB is ½ mile from gorgeous trails and the Buddhist Stupa.
Following are just two examples of Client stories and their success with Trauma Relief Reiki.
Lindsey’s Trauma Relief Reiki Session
“Lindsey” is a professional woman, confident and successful in her business. Yet her relationships were a disaster, she called herself a serial monogamist and the longest primary relationship she had maintained was five years. She was great at finding druggies, alcoholics, abusers, or men that were unavailable in some way. She was always the first to quit because she always had a convenient reason to get out.
Exhausted she had stepped off the hamster wheel and landed on my table. She wanted to exorcise whatever evil in her it was that kept her locked in that destructive pattern. She had realized that the common denominator was her, she was the one who kept choosing the same partners in different bodies, over and over again, ad nauseam.
Sexually abused by her father, from age four through fourteen, she was also raped by two men at gunpoint when she was twenty-three. Even after years of therapy, she still felt there was something hanging over her. Lindsey was still triggered by news articles or scenes in movies of rape or child abuse. She was hypervigilant, always with her back to the wall in restaurants, constantly looking over her shoulder to sense if a predator was about, and still plagued with nightmares.
The Trauma Relief Reiki modality with the focus on the client owning their sovereignty was perfect for Lindsey’s recovery.
The clients are in complete control, taking back their power and regaining their voice. I let clients know that if anything doesn’t feel right, or they want to stop at any time I will. “You have the power”, I tell them. It is imperative that they understand this.
We must remember in most of those incidents they were powerless. Just having power in the reframing of the event is freeing for them.
The process you will use consists of the following steps:
- Uproot – Cleanse – Release
- Relieve – Refill – Energize
- Awaken – Reframe – Affirm
I gently lead Lindsey through the Trauma Relief Reiki process, first assuring her that she won’t have to relive the entire event and that she is in complete control. As we go through the process she releases rage, pain, grief, tears and more rage, layers and layers of emotion pour out. She is exhausted when we complete, wrung out. Lindsey says, “I can’t believe there was still so much rage in me!”
Then we move on to refill that empty space, and I lead her through reframing the past. She recreates her life timeline exactly how she would have liked it to be. In her case, she creates a loving Father and a healthy relationship with him. She is astounded at how powerful it is to create a different story about her life. We complete the process with loving and affirming statements, washing away any remaining negative beliefs. I then close the session with an affirmative prayer.
Barbara’s Trauma Relief Reiki Session
“Barbara” is a beautiful, strong, woman who is quite capable of caring for herself and others. Yet she always felt as if she had a “debt to pay off”. She made lots of money and then she would self-sabotage and go into debt. Once she even took out a loan to help someone else. This cycle played out over and over throughout her professional life.
I guided her to check if there were any early childhood traumas that she could remember which might have caused this issue. She couldn’t remember any specific events from this lifetime, so she gave me permission to check her past lives.
When I consulted with my guides, I was shown one of her past lives as an Indentured Servant –for a Queen Mary somewhere in Ireland or Scotland. Specifically, she was a Nursemaid for the Queen’s baby son, whom she loved very much. Tragically the baby died, she was blamed for his death, tortured, and thrown in a dank, cold cell, with rats, and rotten slop for food, for years until she finally passed. She blamed herself, she must have done something wrong! This was the “debt to pay off”.
As I was relaying this story, I realized that Barbara was sobbing. She told me that in this lifetime, she had gotten pregnant, but the father did not want the baby. Barbara did not believe that she could “survive” with the baby alone, that she could care for “him”. Yes, she believed it was a boy! She terminated the pregnancy.
During the healing process, Queen Mary came through, she wanted me to relay that she didn’t blame Barbara, Barbara had done nothing wrong. She and Barbara were as close as sisters and she loved her very much. She wanted Barbara to love and forgive herself. This was an extraordinary healing for Barbara, she was able to release lifetimes of pent-up negative cellular memories that had kept her hostage. She was freed to live in peace once again. There was never a “debt to pay” at all.
These are just two examples of traumas that were alleviated with Trauma Relief Reiki.
I have found this modality to be effective and efficient for uprooting, cleansing, and reframing traumas. My passion is passing this work on so that many, many others may heal!

Cancellation Policy
If you should have to cancel unexpectedly here are our terms: Your deposit is fully refundable less a 10% cancellation fee if you cancel in writing at least 30 days before the retreat. After that date, there are absolutely no refunds.
FortyFour Times LLC reserves the right to cancel classes, retreats, and workshops due to: inadequate enrollment, issues with the venue, acts of God, inclement weather, or other matters out of our control. I will always do my best to give as much notice as possible of a cancellation.
Should FortyFour Times LLC cancel the event we will refund all event funds paid. However, FortyFour Times LLC is unable to refund any transportation, flight, or other incidental expenses incurred. It is highly suggested you obtain travel insurance. You can review insurance plans here:
