- Make a list of your questions and or subjects that you want to talk about so that you remember all that you want to work on.
- Invite your guides, angels and/or spirit friends to be present to work with you.
- Please note: Mediumship is not my forte, however, I am always willing to do my best for you. If you want to contact a loved one who has crossed over ask them to be present with us. It can sometimes be helpful to keep a picture of them out for a few days prior and you can also bring it with you to the session if you’d like. Please remember it is always up to them whether they will join us or not.
- If you are specifically interested in past life healing, think about the blocks or concerns you have in this life. Such as any issues you might have that you can’t figure out or how you get stopped in your growth; these are often indicators that there is something from a past life blocking you. Mamacita can usually see what issues you brought in from past lives, we will help you clear these issues and move on powerfully in this lifetime.

Shamanic Reiki integrates shamanic practices with the potent healing energy of Reiki.
Shamanic practices are ancient techniques used to align you with earth’s energy, your higher spirit, spirit guides and animal totems for transformative healing work. I can see, feel or hear blocks or negative energy which may limit you from living a full healthy life. I then use techniques that can drive out or gently remove these blocks. I may use drumming, crystals, and my breath, or I may call on spirit guides to help you. I will then fill the empty space with healing energy, such as light, color, or sound. Often during Shamanic Reiki when I am in trance, voices like chants come out of me. I have no idea who they are or what I'm saying, although I know they are doing powerful healing work through me.
Reiki is a practice of channeling energy, laying on hands or simply working in your aura or energy field to facilitate healing.
When we put these two practices together we amplify the healing power of each, allowing deeper healing at all levels of mind, body, and spirit.

Trauma Relief Reiki combines the best of all my practices, utilizing my shamanic reiki energy healing, my intuitive abilities, and my years of spiritual and emotional counseling. Using Trauma Relief Reiki to clear cellular memories, wounds, and negative energy I have witnessed clients transform as layers of old trauma are cleansed, fade away and are replaced with joy and delight in life. Often the transformation is quite miraculous!

When you are too young or unwilling, or don’t have the resources to process a traumatic event it gets stored in your energetic field - your body - as a cellular memory. If you have ever thought about a past traumatic event and felt a negative sensation in your body that is a cellular body memory. It can feel like: “a large lump of hot, sharp brownish-black rock”, “a cold, gooey, sludge-like yellow mass”, “suffocating energy centered around my throat”. These are all cellular body memories that clients have described to me.
You may not realize you have stored cellular memories – or you may have been aware for years that something is weighing you down or holding you back. Often a new trauma – a death in your family, a critical car accident, or job loss may trigger the cellular memory and suddenly you are experiencing pain, anxiety, loss of sleep, lethargy and sometimes a general sense of overwhelm. If these cellular memories are not dealt with, they can cause even greater havoc in the form of depression, debilitating anxiety, lack of motivation and ultimately can lead to severe physical or mental illness.
If you can relate to any of these statements, you may have suppressed cellular memories:
• I have felt blocked by some unknown fear that often feels bigger than life.

Drumming is used by shamans and healers to induce an altered state. In a drumming-induced altered state, they become a clear channel for healing energy. Shamans typically carry the same beat, sometimes for hours, to attain the altered state they desire.
Drumming can mimic the heartbeat, encouraging the body to stabilize; it can be slow and soothing or intense and cleansing. Drumming has been shown to calm, focus and heal such diverse issues as Alzheimer’s, autistic children, stroke and Parkinson’s disease. Drumming induces deep relaxation, lowers blood pressure and reduces stress. Drumming promotes the production of endorphins and endogenous opiates, the bodies’ own painkiller thereby helping to control pain.
The physical stimulation of drumming releases negative feelings, blockages and emotional trauma. Sound vibrations resonate through the cells stimulating release of negative cellular memories whether from this life or a past life. Drumming allows the body to relax and stabilize the heartbeat enhancing the flow of Reiki’s healing energy.

Crystal reiki is simply the combined use of two healing modalities: reiki and crystal healing. In addition to the healing energy that is transferred from my hands to you during reiki, the use of crystals adds an additional positive energy transfer and amplifies the energy for you. I specifically choose the crystals with guidance from my guides for your particular healing needs. During a session, crystals are placed in a grid around your body and may be placed directly on your body or underneath the table supporting you.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
