BakeR’s Crystal & Mineral List

I use Crystals and Minerals in Crystal Reiki, Shamanic Reiki, and other Healing sessions as required and needed or if my guides suggest them.

For Crystal Reiki and Shamanic Reiki, I almost always create a grid around the body with:

Clear Quartz and either Turquoise or Fluorite.

Quartz

Master healer. Amplifies the properties of other stones when used together. Balances and revitalizes the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of one’s being. Stimulates the immune system and brings the body into balance. Aligns the subtle bodies. 

Turquoise 

Stone for heart healing. Gentle and soothing. Reminds one to be more gentle with themselves. Promotes spiritual attunement and enhances communication with the physical and spiritual worlds. Can help release inhibitions for soul expression. 

Fluorite 

Purifies. Helps increase intuition. Brings stability. Calming. Increases concentration and helps one absorb information. Balancing stone. Boosts immune system and stimulates the regeneration and restructuring of cells and DNA.

Amazonite 

Heightens creativity. Balances emotions. Enhances Spirit communication. Can help with physical ailments, emotional issues, and Energy Healing/chakra balancing. Assists in communicating one’s true thoughts and feelings. Aids with filtering out stresses, healing traumas, and soothing energies in the home and workplace. Protection from EMFs. 

Amethyst 

Amplifies intuition and aids in all spiritual endeavors. Raises awareness of personal and global issues and promotes higher understanding. Calming and soothing. Initiates wisdom. High vibration of humility and devotion to the Divine. Premiere stone for addiction recovery and helps prevent reckless behavior.

Apache Gold Wands – Jerome, AZ 

‘Healer’s Gold.’ Increasing energy of physical, magnetic and auric bodies. Removes blocks, entities, cords.  Powerful healing energy.

Aquamarine 

Stone of courage. Reduces stress and quiets the mind. Aquamarine has an affinity with sensitive people. Can invoke tolerance of others. Gives support to those overwhelmed by responsibility. Calming, soothing, and cleansing, and inspires truth, trust and letting go. 

Aventurine

All-around healing stone. Releases negativity/energy blockages. Helps increase creativity. Comforts, harmonizes. Stone of abundance. Assists working through unresolved emotional issues. Great for Heart Chakra and/or Water Elements.

Azurite & Malachite 

Azurite: Enhances intuition. Urges the soul toward enlightenment. Stimulates Third Eye Chakra to open one to spiritual guidance. Malachite: Clears and activates the chakras. Attunes one for spiritual guidance. Absorbs negative energy. Stone of transformation. Enhances intuition. 

Black Tourmaline 

Intense and powerful psychic protection. Helps to clear negative energies and releases disharmony. Etheric & auric purification. Grounding stone. 

Blue Lace Agate Stone of peace and calming. Assists with releasing shame and guilt. Aids in sleep. Helps with gentle and clear communication and helps one to speak their truth with compassion. Used to relieve sore throats, and to reduce fever and hot flashes. 

Bumblebee Jasper West Java, India   Volcanic Gypsum, Sulphur, & Hematite 

Confidence & Inner Power. Melts through self-imposed barriers. Focuses you on any transformation. Brings clarity & helps manifest your highest good.

Carnelian 

Strengthens life force; focuses scattered thoughts. Boosts confidence and the power of true expression. Helps one take bold action and circulate vital energy to your center. Aids in facing fears. Helps banish sorrow from the emotional body. Helps increase physical energy, personal power, creativity, and compassion.

Celestite 

High vibration and cosmic teacher. Can bring peace and contact with angelic realm. Urges you to spiritual enlightenment. Gives purity of heart. Heals aura. Brings balance and alignment to body/mind/spirit. Helps maintain a harmonious atmosphere. Teaches trust in higher power and your own abilities.

Chrysocolla 

Stone of Communication. Discharges negative energies, calms, and allows inner wisdom to surface. Helps release grief, sadness and fear from the emotional body. Can help flush out and heal emotional blockages. Clears and re-energizes the chakras and aligns them with the divine. 

Citrine 

Stone of wealth and abundance. Boosts overall sense of happiness, joy, and eases symptoms of depression. Lifts sadness and grief. Helps one to see the positive in all situations. Combats pessimism. Improves self-confidence. Inspires creativity and gratitude.

Cobalto Calcite 

Can bring joy and self-empowerment. A calming stone that fills the heart with love, heals inner-child wounds, relieves anxiety and stress, and overcomes fear of nightmares. 

Copper 

Strong energy conductor. Stabilizes metabolism/vastly improves the immune system. Grounds spiritual energy. Balances assimilation of Ch’i. Grounds spacey feelings from too much psychic energy. Cleanses the emotional body of old negative emotions. Traditionally it is used to heal arthritis. 

Epidote 

Releases negativity, encourages positivity & inner peace. Epidote increases perception and interaction with spiritual beings and dbrings spiritual growth. Raises one’s vibrational energy. Can clear energy blockages in the physical and subtle bodies. 

Fire Agate

Vitality, sexuality, creativity, will, grounding to Earth plane. Attracts good fortune. Cleanses and stabilizes the aura. Fosters love and courage to begin anew. Gives one courage to follow a spiritual path, even into the Dark fearful places, to emerge triumphantly again into the Light. 

Garnet Powerful energizing, regenerating stone. Acts as an aphrodisiac. Physically used to alleviate reproductive problems. Helps us to see ourselves and others clearly and combats stereotypical and negative thinking. Combats oversleeping and excessive daydreaming. 

Golden Healer/Hematoid Quartz 

Ranges in color from yellow to red. Used to bring harmony and balance physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Helps to keep us grounded, while feeling connected to Spirit. Powerful stone for familial and generational healing. Helps to release cellular trauma. Aids in realizing and living up to their fullest potential. 

Green Calcite 

Mental healer, master healer in general. Soothes anger-generated dis-ease. Placed regularly on the body absorbs dis-ease and should be cleansed thoroughly. Dissolves rigid beliefs and old programs and restores balance to the mind. Aids transition from stagnant to positive situation.  

Hematite 

Grounding and centering. Helps one to be focused. Promotes balanced hormones and blood flow. Helps to protect against and absorbs negative energy. Calming stone. Works with Root Chakra. Can help one to find their own, unique gifts and to release self-imposed limitations. 

Herkimer Diamond

Potent crystal, for quick and intense healing. Self-assurance, creativity, purification, meditation and dreams. Clears all chakras; opens channels for spiritual energy to flow. Is particularly helpful in activating and opening the Crown and Third Eye Chakras.

Lapis Lazuli 

Enhances intuition and spiritual guidance. Activates the pineal gland (3^rd eye).A stone of abundance and prosperity. Has a stimulating influence to the throat chakra, assists in discerning and speaking the truth in all situations. Brings awareness to soul’s purpose. 

Lepidolite 

Stone of transition. Eases the process of change, especially when related to death and loss. Assists in the release and reorganization of old behavioral and psychological patterns, gently inducing change. Brings deep emotional healing, soothing and reducing stress and depression. Dissipates negativity.

Malachite 

Clears and activates the chakras. Attunes one for spiritual guidance. Placed on the heart chakra will bring balance and harmony. Opens heart to unconditional love. Absorbs negative energy. Stone of transformation. Enhances intuition. 

Obsidian 

Aids in removing negativity. Helps one acknowledge issues that must be healed/changed and helps release them. Reveals the truth. Helps release negative mental patterns. Promotes inner centering. Can aid in therapy and endeavors related to personal reflection and growth. 

Peacock Ore

Powerful physical healer. A stone of happiness, joy and upliftment. Promotes inner prosperity and abundance. Transmutes negative energy. Activates the Chakras. 

Peridot 

Powerful release and clearing stone. Dispels old vibrations for growth. Balances the emotions. Activates heart and solar plexus chakras. Stone of abundance and prosperity. Fosters security and inner peace.

Pietersite

Stone of vision, can be used for vision quest or shamanic journeying. Links you to your own inner guidance. Dissolves blockages and clears confusion. Can release vows made in past lives. Balances the endocrine system and production of hormones. 

Pyrite 

Prosperity, manifestation, vitality, creativity, reduces depression and stress. Stone of action and will. Helps one tap into abilities and potential, stimulating the flow of ideas. Brings confidence and the assistance to carry things through to completion. Boosts self-worth and helps overcome tendencies toward inferiority. Instills confidence. 

Quantum Quattro 

Malachite, Chrysocolla, Dioptase, Shattuckite, Smokey Quartz combination. Stimulates the heart, throat and third eye chakras. Stone of truth, communication and intuition. Has deeply peaceful, loving and protective energy. Releases blockages of repressed emotions. Provides inner strength.

Rose Quartz 

Stone of unconditional love/infinite peace. Important crystal for the heart and heart chakra. Teaches the true essence of love. Purifies and opens the heart at all levels. Brings deep inner healing and self-love. Calming, reassuring. Excellent for trauma or crisis. 

Ruby 

Encourages passion, vitality, sensuality, and sexuality. Connects with primal, earth energy, and helps one feel more grounded and centered. Inspires enthusiasm and creativity, especially when finding solutions to career and work-oriented issues. Gives an energy boost. 

Ruby Zoisite 

Activates crown chakra. Can create altered states of consciousness to access soul memory and spiritual learning. Powerful for soul healing/past-life work. Transmutes depression and enhances positive and happy feelings.

Selenite 

Clears mind, opens crown and higher chakras. Helps access to angelic consciousness and higher guidance. Instills deep peace and is excellent for meditation and spiritual work. Helps balance and stabilize the emotional body.

Tektite 

Gentle but powerful energy. Regulates astral travel and lucid dreaming. Helps integrate high-frequency energies and clear energy blockages in lower chakras. Stimulate one’s intuitive abilities. Helps one integrate high vibration frequencies. 

Tibetan Black Quartz 

Double-terminated quartz. Stores and transmits energy. Great for meditation and healing. Among the most powerful stones of spiritual protection ever found. Carrying or wearing creates a “bubble of light” around the body, allowing only positive energy in.
